The Journey of Golchha Group started with Mr. Rajesh Golchha (B.Tech Civil) a qualified Civil Engineer graduated in 1981 from one of the most prestigious college of India, IIT Bombay. With his technical expertise and vision he started the Building Construction work and set the new standards in quality and excellence. With over 40 years of experience in this sector Mr Rajesh has earned trust within the sector and beyond.

Golchha Group was further strengthened by the addition of another technical expert Mr. Akshay Golchha (ME Structures). Akshay did his Masters in Structural Designing and have an experience of 15 years in real estate. Together with Mr. Rajesh the technical duo ensures that the customers get their value for money in Golchha Groups projects with excellent planning and designing with optimum utilization of space.
